I think they should market is as a zen-like product with really good technical capabilities.
Somehow, the panda ad is a little bit of this and that, doesn't have the impact. In other words, it doesn't make people have the urge to get a Zen. One might have the urge to go visit the zoo to go catch the panda though -
i think that it is trying to hard to act cute.....
and anything that look act cute is such a turn off -
