both korean and japanese orginate from the chinese language.

I said that before and I will say it again. Korean and japanese does not orginate from chinese. Korean and japanese are SOV lanugages. Chinese is SVO. The fact that korean and japanese is filled with chinese vocab is a reflection of the power of chinese influence at that time. You can witness the addition of english words into korean and japanese currently, this shows the influence of US. =D -

Obviously, you guys haven't listened to Kansai (Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto) accent. I can tell you, the way Japanese punks speak is pure filth where they forgo the Japanese particles like wo, ga, wa etc.

Btw,English is essentially a Germanic language(or rather West Germanic language) with its vocab heavily influenced by Germanic(from Germanic tribes from Saxony,Angeln,Juteland and Friesland+Scadinavian,whose language is North Germanic) & latin languages(Roman occupution of British Isles and Conquest by the Normans under William the Conqueror).
