from ppl i see in gym, sometimes i see Caucasians who r new to the gym (why i know they r new cause they r asking qns wad to do), their physique is already not bad.
from TV shows, for e.g Fear Factor, etc -
They take a lot of beef which is very rich in creatine.

Aunties are always jealous.. & there're nothing we can do to curb their jealousy. it's natural that at this age, they feel lesser compared to their counterparts..

look at youngsters nowadays in singapore. our diet is changing, so is their built. -
Sg guys in general are small built and short-average height is 1.70m. Seriously they should visit the weight room on a regular basis. to beef up.

They are bigger size and taller in general.
But muscular or not depends on their lifestyle, rather than skin colour.
You say angmohs are more muscular becoz there are some of them having good build in gyms.......of coz they will hav good builds since they visit the gym regularly.
Just watch some EPL matches and you can see a whole lot of fat beer bellied angmohs (who dont visit gyms) in the football stadiums! -
not all are well built and muscular......in fact their favourite drink the beer made the belly so damn swollen.......almost akin to a female whos pregnant..............but too bad they are males..........

singapore leh....litat lor 4 yr old kindergarden lor 6 yr old primary school liao...then u advance to sec then poly....lor see if u wan can jc or go nafa or something else...when u poly u maybe can learn to drive....
or ur father doing good u can afford cars....gym go stadium...
or u heng unlike me live hdb u get to live in condos then good lor walk abit can train......
me leh walk to stadium = trained liao reach there no energy train so sad

Singaporeans are pretty tiny, even when compared to asian from other region. Say China/Korea. There is evidence that this is due to the heat. We are smaller so as to lose heat more effectively. =D
And nah... Not all caucasians are bloody huge... We got tiny ones too! Just like we have huge asian. -
