Actually, not all ang mohs are that big u know, its just the americans! Europeans are about just a little bigger than us thats all.
As a matter of fact, Usa is the "heaviest" nation in the entire world. Everyone knows that. This is because it is due to their diet. U know, burgers, fries, steaks, smashed potatoes n pizzas etc...How do i know this? I am currently studying in an american university and all the food that are available are all these! Their portions are also twice the size of Sg's.
Then again, it might have to do with the genes. They are genetically more inclined to develop muscles and put on weight unlike us because they need it due to the cold climate (something about evolution).
Most of the americans are tall and big. Then again, those fat ones are old ones. The tall and big ones are like college, university students or working adults. In singapore, im like quite alright for my height (175cm) but down here, i'm a shortie!!! The americans are like 185 to 190cm. -

everyday eat Pork, chicken , beef , lamb , deer meat back at their countries. Everyday can eat steak , maybe that explains why they are more well built and big size. haha
