HOTBAKE SANDWICH VENDING MACHINE CHEATS!

This morning on my way to work, i passed by a sandwich vending machine and decided to grab a sandwich. I put in my $5 note and pressed my selection. Then i realised my selection was not lighted, so maybe it was not available. So i pressed the 2nd, then 3rd choice..but nothing came out. However the timer was running (the instructions stated 90sec). I waited 4 3 min still nothing. I then called the number stated. The fuc*ing guy was so rude he even slammed down the phone. So i called the 2nd number. This guy was polite but could not help much... In the end i got a call from their office and their manager (an ang moh) insisted what i said could not be true! He said that even if machine spoil surely have change come out!!! He also said as long as timer got run then a sanwich will definately appear!!!!!! What the hell!!! Contradict right? On one hand say machine will have problem, then say will have change and sandwich!!!Then where got spoil????
Please advise! I want my $5 back and its not cos of the money! Cheats! -
