Singnet vs Starhub

I am a Singnet BB 1500kbps user and paying $43 bucks monthly. With regards to the constant DC problems, its either the phone lines phone line wirings could be faulty/old.
Another reason why Singnet BB dc could be due to scheduled maintenance.

So far I have only dc twice from Singnet after signing up for 3 months. Both times are due to maintenance.

Starhub is always there, they answer calls without much waiting. SIngNet has way too much support calls from users - this tells you how reliable they are. -
