Public Swimming Pools ahhhh!!!!

Hi all,
Just a comment from me, for people who go swimming often do you feel irritated from being surrounded by groups and groups of kids learning swimming and often occupying the whole pool?
I think they should organise a timing specially for classes and for the public. In this case, there will not be 'traffic jam' when we are trying to swim our laps or just chilling out by the side of the pool.

i agree, but that is why some swimming pools have some reserved lanes for people to swim laps. But if you visit during the weekends it could still be crowded at times. I hate to swim during peak hours!

I think kids should not have lessons IN the lap pool. Why the hell can't they use another pool if you spend half the time water paddling and all that??
AND people who swim ACROSS the laps instead of along it, should be fined.
And people who stick around lap pools chit chatting and not swimming at all, shd be fined too. I mean, its ok to swim ur laps and chit chat, and swim, and chit chat. But I see people just taking up space and totally NOT swimming.

Some public swimming pools do put up the swimming class schedule at the entrance for people who want to avoid the crowd.
Else, can choose to sign up at fitness centre for more privacy pool. -

if they have timing for classes and for the public, some will be complaining, why they put the timing there etc

yeah hate it too especially those who stay at ends of pool not swimming n looking at other swimmers. Sometimes i got no space that i must turn before touching the end of pool
