i can tell you 100% its possible..
abt 1 or 2 yrs ago i was like overweight. resumed my eating habits just that i replaced my soft drinks n went for water instead.. went fer kickboxing n fell in love with the sport so when i free i like to kick and punch the air for fun

.. cant say it was hard work or determination.. all the weight (or fats,whatever u call it haha..) just came off normally... i managed to shed 11kg in total.. i didnt even know until one fine day i tried this old skirt at home and it literally dropped..

like i said i didnt really put in alot of effort. just exercised more, drank more water and the results were like woah..

anyway i love exercising but i do have a problem with my appetite. haha.. argh i love fooood!
