Hey,you lose 2kg on the weighing machine don't mean you lose 2kg of fat.If you do cardio only,that might mean youl lose your fats,water,your muscles.

btw if u diet something like one meal per day and drinks gallons of water, 2 things will happen.
1. you rush to toilet very often
2.You tend to want to puke often as water is tasteless

me think most ppl would wanna feel good while they aren't exercising(sp?)...work out 5 days a week. mainly cardio. ie run and swim and climb stairs. run at least 5 clicks per day. AT LEAST. swim AT LEAST 20 LAPS. key thing is while run or swim, DO NOT STOP halfway. dam tiring as your motor got to build up momemtum again. slow and steady never mind. speed can be build. climb stairs, u get a full pack and climb AT LEAST 20 stories. non stop.how heavy is a full pack?
