Just another point,
if you just do cardio only and no resistance training,you will look "skinny soft" i.e you may be slim but you will still have cellulite.Your arms will still look flabby though they are very thin already.Take a look at those marathon runners,when they run,they can actually see their triceps flap in the air when they are running!
Furthermore,if you do chest exercises with weights,your brea-sts will appear to look bigger.Adding muscle underneath the brea-sts will push them out and create the illusion of a larger cup size.
