  Yes. Schools will usually buy the license and charge you for that (usually under technology fees or something similar). Practically all softwares on the first laptop will be licensed from school, except games.

  You can take advantage of it, but only the first laptop will be licensed from school. This means that all software will be free (except the OS). The second laptop onwards, will not have such privilege, and a different OS might be loaded to save costs.

  yeah, right. the RMIT one. is that course hard anot? besides, there's also some modules in this RMIT course that consist of Business Computing or something.
  this kind of business-computing no need heavy-use of computers meh?
  furthermore, the projects you do consist of heavy-computer usage anot?
