haha, in NS, there's this 'excuse' term that people use to literally excuse themselves from doing things. Excuse grass means they cannot go near grass, possibly due to allergies (it's true, my friend is allergic to grass).
Other examples like excuse PT kit, etc. In the mr brown show, mr brown said: "you excuse bang bang ah?" means that guy don't have to shout bang bang issit? -
So what they meant was, the 'excuse grass' ppl are as gd as none ar??
