I was bullied before when I was Sec 3... but someone had told the teachers and later on they took action against them.
About 3 days later, they were caned. -

Today's articles in the Straits Times suggest the problem is the lack of discipline in the schools. The soft approach in the West has led to rampant bullying in schools and children killing other children and adults. Teachers in the UK are afraid of being assaulted and the kid knows he won't go to prison anyway.
Perhaps it's time they bring back the cane in our schools? -
