gal A got beaten up by a grps of peeps

the policee took immded actions to pursue the gunman,even across the border to msia
so y in this case,the police juz silence the entire scenario saying it was unreported?
there were witnesses pertaining to the assault on the gal,and im sure the witnessess came forward[if nt more,less]
and i dun have to mention that the threats made by the bullies shld b enuff to get the police cracking on the cases,i seriously doubt the polcie force wuld have big difficulties aresting those bullies

then the way they kick that gal.... = causing harm to other
then strip the gal = molest and attempt to rape.
filiming the gal naked neh = making and distribution of porn
all the above are criminal offences...it's not civil case now...so what is our mata for??? if not charge or action.. i will just say FUCK YOU ...
p.s so are u going to sue mi for scolding the mata?

purpose is for ppl that withness a crime to post it here, best is with Pic and video... e.g like the bus uncle thing...
hopefully if this crime watch forum become popular in future... our mata will take this as a source to gather crime info...
even can have some very kind member that can hold the role as a kind citizen to file police report if there is some serious crime spotted... u know lah. not all ppl wan to deal with the mata one what...

i truely disagreeing with the mother of the victim, although her daughter said the matter was settled but is it fair to her? Her mother give birth to her just for all this F*%*ing ppl to wack her n strip her like tt? No man, i really hope the mother go report the case ASAP if not more gals will have these type of treatment, those gals should be sent to gals home, they are truely hopeless case.
DUN need petty those ppl one, so wad if they come from single parent family, so wad if they arén't well off...... those kids are ought to be punished for their actions, those wackings n humilations aren't funny. -

Firstly, there is an illegal assembly, and it is with intent to hurt. This can be further counted under
1) voluntary causing hurt
2) outrage of modesty
3) threatening behaviour
4) criminal intimidation
5) organised illegal activity with due reason to cause harm or injury (SSB?Might have to prove that the girls are in a group for the reason of organised criminal and violent acts)
There could be more, but I'm not a law graduate.Perhaps those who are more knowledgeable could add on to this list of potential charges. A crime has been committed, and it should not be up to the parents to decide if they should press charges. This is not a case of civil liability. -
