I can never grow tired of looking at the FM (especially the Crazy Hour edition). And I love the way it feels on my wrist. The curvex model, particularly, fits snugly on my wrist; you know, the way the shape is designed to envelope your arm. I presume the Limited Edition is the Platinum. But yeah as with most cases, Platinums don't look nearly as good as gold (unless rose gold probably in some cases). Take the vertu signature editions for instance but of course the Diagonos look so much better in Platinum than gold however. As far as I know the Jaeger has a 2nd timezone city selectors that serve to be more of a hassle in terms of makind adjustments to the time zones. Plus, unlike the PP, it doesn't cope very well with daylight saving time and variability of sunrise/set. I personally find the PP to have a much simpler interface. JLC master geographic, another multi time-zone watch.
simple looking compared to the pp. but thats what i like about JLC.
p.s. i passed by hour glass scotts yesterday and saw them putting up a sales sign. -

Ehh, I much prefer the second time zone in the JLC's subdial. It's much easier to read at a glance than the PP's layout IMHO. i was given a rolex and longines watch by my dad when i was in secondary school...but of coz i never wear lah...i wear nike, adidas, ellese
now i have realised that rolex is a good watch..it doesnt get old wid age....even after 10 yrs..it still looks good..though i still never wear it
it was this kind..very uncle uncle kind leh...

If you do ever want to replace it, there are quite a few floating around in the secondhand market. I honestly don't know if they're still in production or if they've been completely replaced by the new TOG bezel (which IMO is nowhere near as nice as the old T-bird). -
