( I wanted to say " ken nain chi" but I think it insult the women ) .... he is worst .... like a walking volcanoe, do it right get fcuk, do wrong get fcuk... any which way you work, you get fcuk ... from early morning before the start of work till end of the day ... I am wondering how long I can tahan ...

Bloody hell .... tomorrow still need to come back to work.... not that I don't want to ... no OT pay, no allowance ... come back just to show face only.... the workers are the one who need to come back.... supervisor also come back already .... I got nothing to do !!!!

i used to have this beautiful and capable female manager as my boss. she took care of almost everything and when ever we are in doubt, we can always find her and she will definitely help to solve the problem.
but the sad thing is, she resigned (due to unknown reasons) and a new male manager previously from another department took over her post. the new boss is a ok fellow but he is not as capable as the female boss.
firstly, he is always not around. secondly, everytime we got problems and refer to him, he will definitely ask us to refer to someone else. what's the point of seeking his help in the 1st place if he just push everything to someone else.
thirdly, everytime other depts e-mail him and ask something from him, he will forward the e-mail to us and ask us to do it.
what's the point of having him around when all the jobs he is supposed to do, he'll just push to others. -

It's much better, and easier if you be your own boss.
No boss to appease because you are the boss, and no worries about be retrenched, only you can retrench yourself, no one gonna penalise you if you are late, but you have to keep your business afloat - that's all.
