Well, why don't you just take the train down to the Esplanade and use the library during study hours. The silence is good for solitary revision. -
oh yah...go early, so that there's place left for you all to study...
Anyway, other options for place to study:
1).Community centers' study rooms
2). at HDB void deck's study area
3). KFC, Mac's etc fast food restaurant's,
4). Go back to JC to study, cuz there got many rooms open for you all and also can find teachers on the spot if you dont know anything, can also study at student lounge
5). If you stay west, then go NUS, SMU or NTU to study. There got hundreds of open areas, classrooms with aircon, etc and canteens for food and drinks. NUS- you can go to YIH or libraries or at any available tables.

ahh...middle of the night, that's what all univ students always do... and YIH (air-conditionaed) and all available tables are free for all 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yup, Lazer's correct for YIH, but since its end of semester and not many people studying now (since's its over exams and not peak period), its not so stringent.
Void decks are also 24/7.
