  hi storywolf,
  
  i think u misunderstand my sentence le (the way i phrased a bit misleading after i read again, paisei):
  
  told my friend and she said dun call him, but i want to make sure i get my claims and pay first, so wun wanna let him guess that i may quit. cos he may have some contingency plans worked out, esp he knows of my 2 months bond with agency.
  
  
  
  it means my friend ask me dun call him. however, on my side, i WILL call him (in fact, i called already la) because i dun want him to guess that i may quit, else i might even have problems getting back my claims and pay.

  also, i will not disappear de. if he gives me pay earlier than 30th, i will wait and only tender on the 30th.
  
  anyway, today i MC mah, even if i dun call back, he cannot blame me too. Esp he has shown me so far to be a demanding person. sekali asks me do this and that, i also die right, given my character to be so soft.
  if it's so urgent, he can call again wat.

  Sure they do it...it's all very professional. They go to your new employer during working hours and ask to see you, saying that they represent a debt collection agency and that you have outstanding debts with them. They will offer to structure a repayment scheme with your new boss, to take a cut from your salary each month..
  
  If you don't pay up soon, they will make regular visits....I have seen them in action...

  Damn, all these things really suck, don't they, but it happens. Why can't people just love their jobs? Or rather, why can't we have more lovable jobs? Then we would look forward to Mondays and Fridays, and sulk on weekends... hehe
