  There are no tuition fees for regular degree students in Universities in Finland - education is subsidised by the State through the Ministry of Education. This applies also to the international degree students as well as exchange and visiting students.

  Since when US is expensive? have cheap ones also.. need to learn to look!
  Oz U pay by the credits.. certain Uni in USA U take more than 16 credits U don't have to pay extra and summer fees can be at in state rate.

  I had Poly friend that went to a top 100 Engineering Uni and finished everything in 2 yrs.
