Well, Escape Theme Park has not been able to have much high thrill rides due to the following few factors:Originally posted by wenyong90:The theme park we own(Escape la) is trash...It's for dudes under 12...The only thing fun is the gold kart...But the Q...everytime must wait so long...But worth it's ur turn. Not worth it for $16 entrances fee.
wow, didnt knew that...ThanksOriginally posted by dork3d:Well, Escape Theme Park has not been able to have much high thrill rides due to the following few factors:
Height restriction of 40m max in height due to direct aircraft path to Changi
Soil condition as Escape was built on soft marine soil topped with coarse sand
Land size
But Escape still holds the Southeast Asia tallest flume ride of five-storey tall and multi-levelled Go-Karts...

That log flume ride is quite a thrill, but nothing can win a corckscrew rollercoaster.Originally posted by dork3d:Well, Escape Theme Park has not been able to have much high thrill rides due to the following few factors:

But the duration very short ? But the cost of building is very high plus are singaporean people able to take the thrill ?ALL roller coasters are very short in duration. But the excitement & thrill are really worth the price paid to ride one. If it's fun, people will ride it again and again, during holidays..weekends. It'll keep on making money. It will make for a unique & beautiful landmark in City Hall or Escape or in Sentosa.
That log flume ride is quite a thrill, but nothing can win a corckscrew rollercoaster. The flume ride - ALL it does is go up,come down >>> SPLASH!
Fly a fighter jet. You will feel the G-force 8Originally posted by Gary84:I wanna feel some G-Force......
For your information, the revenue made from the roller coaster doesn't break even for most theme parks around the world. Raw investment of getting a second-handed roller coaster in the current rides market is already at least US$2M, not forgetting the basic infrastructure of laying foundation, piling works, electrical and mechanical works which will roughly add up to US$750k. On top of that, inventory of spare parts and steel structures are not added into the cost yet.Originally posted by caver:
