there was this time, i was feeling very fustrated. as i was walking to mi busstop, this malay guy riding a bicycle oi me.. i turn back and shout oi lan ah. and yes, i was beat by him and his friend. after that, his chinese friend say wad happened. i steadily walk away, cause i was thinking, 'wtf? 2nd round ah?'
but he dun dare tell me his school when i ask him... -

I m not sure wether did i hit him or not but i told him i was reading something. N he still continue with all his nonenses n i mumble shut up n walk away. At this moment of time i was raging with anger. After i walk quite a distance away, i lost control n pointed my middle finger at him n ran way. I saw him chasing me but i got off.
I know wad i do is abit too much but i jsut couldnt stand it..Now i scard i will meet the person again..

Its called the "10second rule"...Can become 15 or 20 as u like...
If u encounter this type of situation again.Just before u know u gonna pull the trigger to doing something stupid or something u know u will regret..
Step 1. Take a deep breath.
Step 2. Count to 10 mentally. ( Not verbally please.. That guy might think that u gonna beat him up and whack you first )
Step 3. Rethink what u gonna do...and yes..u just avoided doing something stupid.. Works for me whenever i know im going do something that i will regret later on...
