  Well, many people have martial arts background. But do you fight back even if you ahve martial art background?
  
  One more question, if we are fighting on a street, do they use surprise element with a knive attack? Or just fist fight?
  
  Is there a law to protect us when they are fighting us? IF they use weapons, are we protected by the law if we use weapons and strike back?
