Treat your dog like your son/daughter or sibling. Would you confine your son/daughter or sibling in a cage or tie them up in a corner?

i dun tie up my dogs when it is at home.. just confine it to sleep with me..
It sleep more soundly and me too cause it wont bark at pple walking outside.. -

My way of toilet training is to place lots of newspapers at the beginning in its area (my dog has a small storeroom as its room), then as time goes by slowly reduce the number of newspapers until it is enough to fit one corner. Your dog will learn that it has to do its business in the newspaper area.
For some dogs, they can be a little picky and only choose a specific area to do its business. In that case, repeat the initial steps above and instead of reducing the number of newspaper to the corner YOU choose, reduce the newspaper to the area your pet chooses.
Try not to let your pet get used to biting you. It usually starts off as a nibble, and if your dog gets too used to it, it may grow into painful bites, thinking that it is a way to play with you or show affection. Buy chewy toys or train it to remain at the licking (or in my case, I'll call it kissing
) stage. -
