  I agreed with you that the system is inflexible and that's the pressure in me. Always rules and regulations making me into squarish shape and got retricted. However, there is no iron-rice bowl or job security nowadays, mindset has to change due to retrenchment crisis.
  
  Some of the companies also carrying out 5days per week and we have really to consider about the job cope too instead of which sectors you are going into. Moreover in our generations, almost both sectors are the same.

  most important in looking for a job, it must have a good management, good superiors, good system and good working environment. if working hours and salary is good than it's a added bonus. a dream job comes true.
  
  but then one must ask himself, this kind of job really exist or not first?

  This kind of job existed only when i just came to work until 1 or 2 years later, 2 idiots gradually involved in my work then i got screwed up by them.
