  What's your main interest you are looking at when touring?
  
  If touring for pleasure, me advise Hong Kong where there's more places to go like The Peak, Disneyland, Lantau Island's Giant Buddha, Ocean Park, Victoria Peak, Ladies' Street Market, Temple Street Market, Lan Gui Fang at Central, etc...
  
  For Taiwan, you can go to places of interest like Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, Martyr Hall, Yang Ming Shan, Mu Zha Zoo, Shilin Night Market, Raohe Night Market, Tonghua Night Market, Huaxi Night Market, then travel further you can visit Tan Shui, Keelung, Jiu Fen, Long Dong, for red-lighted area, you can go Linshen North Road, shopping can go Ximending, Zhongxiao Road, Songshuo Road... For pubs, can go Ren Ai Road and Hsing Yi Road...
