cyclist has no business on the road?Originally posted by gasband:I dun know about Drunk Driving...maybe yes, Drunk Driving should be punished heavier...
but in the case of the cyclist...just say anything can happen on the road and the cyclist has no business on the road...it is an accident and very unfortunate one for both the cyclist and the bus driver. The bus driver does not feel good and most probably he will now have something weighing on his mind for the rest of his life....he did not drink nor i think he was reckless....it would be a disaster if he is being put behind bars for this....
