  There's really a huge difference in committing a crime accidentally or on purpose.
  
  In this case, traffic accident, car knock down someone.
  
  Sometimes, it's the pedestrian's fault.
  
  Wait till someone in your family suay suay knock down someone else accidentally then you can feel the anxiety. I know cause I faced that before. Lucky the victim never die and situations were in favor on our side. In the end only a fine + three month ban.
  
  So, to hell with those who want a heavier punishment for accidental traffic accidents.
