Nice song though. Love it listening to it now.Woo, brings back the good days of Grunge musik````
For those who have never heard of kurt cobain, He was the greatest grunge singer-song writer-musician to have graced this earth. Rock's last great star . poster boy for the punk-metal hybrid known as 'grunge'. Nirvana, a power trio, had broken through with the incendiary anthem 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' . The album the track was taken from, Nevermind, had sold millions of copies.
Even though he died in 1994, there are still books and news about him. Google for sites.

yes Kurt was not intentional, but circumstances and the world which percieved kurt made him famous. Fame is all about this. How the world percieves u.Originally posted by gasband:#2 Nirvana showed a disullisoned generation that you too can be a rockstar with three cords and some cool grungy clothes. It was very inspiring for young aspiring grunge rockers , Nirvana helped break the illusion that only the ebst can be up there on the stage when in fact if u do things fdifferently , u can also become famous
If you really love NIRVANA, u should know KURT never wanted to be FAMOUS. he gives a HOOT about being a role model to others.
#3 Nirvana also showed If you can't take the pressure blow your head off and you will forever be immortilized as a rock icon.
He was not idolised becos he blew his head off but becos of his attitude and wonderful lyrics. It is true that he could not take the pressure and that is becos again, he did not care about being an icon. The world made him an icon, not him.
