  Nirvana will be highly remembered as much as the Beatles..The Beatles, btw, are one of my fav bands and also one of Cobain`s musical influences..: )

  Besides Beatles, Ramones is arguably the most over-looked band from the US to gain as much popularity as the Beatles. Both bands play very short and catchy and melodious songs but Ramones hit it higher with more mean guitar riffs.
