There are about 2500 Lebanese men, women and children in Israel Jail without trail. Traditionally, there were prisoners exchanges, but Israel says "The rule has changed". Also only Israel have the right to bomb other countries, for their own fault, when they Retaliate.. their terrorist.
Those two well armed soldiers were caught inside lebanon... why are they there in the first place. Any country would do the same.. wouldn't you - detain them. -

The media always like to portray Israel as the bad guy and ill informed people would always go with it.
I am not saying Israel is always right in every action it took but Israel over the years have given in and compromise in preserving the peace but what has the nations around it done? All they do is to keep taking advantage and demand for more things.

The two were kidnapped inside Israel's own sovereign borders.
Those that were inside Lebanon were in a tank and was killed, not captured. They were trying to rescue their kidnapped comrades right after the Hezbollah attack.
This kidnapping isn't a retaliation, it's a fresh attack. Israel already withdrew from Lebanon in 2000. Besides, since when did Israel say only they have the right to attack? If you realize they didn't really complain about the Haifa attacks that killed Israelis. -

Wasn't that exactly what I told you? There was a tank that went in immediately after the incursion.
The 2soldiers were kidnapped from a patrol inside Israel's own sovereign borders. They were in a humvee, CNN had footages of it. Right after, a tank went in after Hezbollah and was destroyed too, it's crew killed.

Many wars later, Israel has accumulated large blocs of land belonging to its aggressors, and to be fair rightfully theirs. If someone attacked you with the intention of annihilation, I'd think holding onto their territory is the least of compensation.
But Israel, under international pressure has already returned the Gaza strip to Palestine. Last October(I think, or December), many Israelis had to be forcefully evicted from their homes. I don't see you mentioning that? Why are you giving a skewed account on the plights of Palestinians only?
After returning those land at the expense of their own citizens, was Israel given a breather? Were the Palestinians satisfied? NO!
