The War Against House Lizards...

Do you hate house lizards? Their waste drops all over the place and they like to hide behind rubbish bags and when you approach the bags they suddenly jump out and frighten you, and they multiply very rapidly. I have killed many house lizards and I fight them everyday. It is a battle that never ends. New lizards are being born every week and there are like 3-4 of them here now. How many lizards have you killed and why?
13th July:
Lizard hides behind plastic bag in kitchen. I didn't know it was there until I was about to throw away a packet drink when the lizard jumped out and tried to run away. I fired 5 rubber bands at it but none of them touched the lizard, so I opened the door to the rubbish chute nearby and chased it there before shutting the chute.
17th July:
Lizard appears from behind plastic bag again. Takes insect repellant/pesticide, sprays at the lizard for about 10 seconds while it struggles on the floor. Lizard appeared to be dead, but when I poke it, it started moving again so I whacked it 3-5 times with an old newspaper. Lizard was still alive. Sprayed more pesticide on it until it died. -
go get a tank and a carnivorous fish like an Oscar or Cichlid...

I loathe house lizards. They leave their droppings all over my walls which I painstakingly painted during CNY this year. They like to reside in my kitchen and are a health hazard to my family.
Such heinous crimes will not go unpunished. Despite the fact that my parents are benevolent people, I guess their son here is not so I bought 5 lizard traps which have this bait on sticky paper and set them up in various locations. My efforts paid off and within a few days I counted 12 lizards trapped and writhing around helplessly on the traps. Then the day came to clear the traps and to send the lizards on their way.
I set up a small fire in the incense paper burner and threw in the traps with the lizards on them. I watched as they turned from rare to medium-well to well-done. 
Thats for dirtying my walls.

I read somewhere abt how to chase away lizards ,just take a cardboard (preferable same colour as the lizards skin...light brown...), and cut out a lizard shape. Make it bigger (like 3 times bigger than the common house lizard). Do all you can to make it look more realistic (draw in the eyes, fold it a bit to make it look more 3 dimensional). Then put this in places where the lizards frequent. They will all move out in no time. I heard this method is scientifically proven LOL coz the lizards get frightened by the huge cardboard one hahaha

i remember when i was 7 yrs old i was standing in my old house by the room door and i put my left hand on the wall where the hinges are, and guess what? my fingers touched the severed head of a massive lizard sticking onto the wall, and the body was still glued there...it was dead but the body did not drop to the floor and the head was like dangling in the air...yucks!!!!!
