hmm i think these martial arts thingy... they all put a lot of emphasis on discipline right? esp the japanese ones... must address the teacher as this and that... cannot do this and that... must be punctual etc etc etc... -

dun worry...no such cases of broken bones...cause the place i train in has those tatami mats..so even wen u had a major fall, the impact is not tat great oso
yes..alot of discipline involved...every time b4 and after the lesson, all the students and including the instructor will bow in front of the portrait of the aikido founder to show him respect. We address the instructor as sensei, a term tat means teacher in japanese -

it's just become something tat has become very natural
i started at around 15..tat was wen i take taekwondo...learn till around 18 den switch over to aikido...learn till 20 den hav to stop due to ns -
