not really ah, many of us do recommend a place to other people if they have got good service and food. But of course we do want even more people to know when a place's service is bad.Originally posted by ^tamago^:we oni rber to complain abt bad service, how many actually rbered to commend when there is good service?

If I were you, I would have just walk out and leave the cafe.Originally posted by a lone voice:Our day and appetite had already been spoilt. We had no choice but to consume the food.

My workplace got no service charge, but me still give and teaches my staff and colleagues to give good service and have a positive mindset on service...Originally posted by fugue in C minor:Becos good service should be the norm??
Afterall, we pay service charge and by RIGHT, we should have good service. So, what's there to commend when it's all part of their job??![]()
Yeah lah, this guy ah... Bring girlfriend out somemore behave like a kid! Fighting for a student meal. He said the waitress already explained to him ... At that point he was not even expecting a change in his order anymore somemore not happy must call the manager...Originally posted by hyperactivechatterbox:I think it's the body language of the threadstarter bah..
Irritating one. Too pampered liao.
Not me. That mentality will just make me unreasonable and totally unfair to the service staff. Not mentioning names here.Originally posted by dork3d:Actually, who here believes that the general rule of "Customer is always right" theory?

He make himself sound like a saint "just trying to provide feedback" and the manager like a devil... Like one guy here said, it takes two hands to clap. I believe no matter how good a person is, he can't defuse any situation if one party is hell bent on escalating it.
Die Die must try is it to stick dirt on him?
That's right, we don't really know what took place... But it seems like the thread starter could bare a grudge on the manager and restaurant for something that happened more than 2 weeks ago shows that he is no simple fellow too.Originally posted by UandMe:This might be just one side of the story and we dunno wat really took place on that day.
However, i can't imagine a restaurant manager treating a customer in such a way unless u really insulted or poured a cup of water onto him right before everyone. A tactful manager really won't react in such a rude way thinking that the customer is only looking for trouble.
