Did u score a Strike?Originally posted by faizal82:I absolutely hate those ppl crowding around the doors when the passengers wanna alight. This is clearly evident in City Hall and Bugis. There was one time I was carrying my large guitar bag double strapped on my shoulders and a group of ppl and I headed to the exit to Bugis, getting ready to alight and I looked in dismay when I saw the large group of ppl blocking the exits! Dumb! These ppl are absolutely dumb! How are the rest and I gona alight easily? I didnt care I just barge thru as though they were human bowling pins, with my guitar bag for added effectand I didnt care if sumone were to scold me cos I`d tell them tats what u get for being a human bowling pin...PINHEADS!
I wonder if those pinheads ever bother to find out what the yellow lines they are stepping on is for...![]()
O... I think I am spot-on on someone... its ok... I would sincerly apologise if my words or actions causes distraction or distress to your looks or physical appearances... if I saw someone with the above mentioned characteristic... I will give up the seat as it might be you...Originally posted by hyperactivechatterbox:1. Actually, you are looking into a mirror.
2. True, you don't owe them a seat considering the MRT's public transport, but you don't have to complain about them.
5/6: My point is that these people can't control their ass sizes, their BO etc., so if you don't like it, take your own transport.
1) Loud, noisey, China nationalsOriginally posted by r0mE_27:basically i'll state the 5 most hated kind of ppl on the mrt and u tell me which u hate the most.
1) smelly like hell people who think their B.O is natures gift to them
2) little children who run here run there and are freaking noisy. usually stands on seats and shouts to themselves. they grow up retarded
3) the little kid's parents. nuff said
4) ah soh's who talk loud loud and also think everyone wanna hear their stupid conversation
5) people who is on the phone the whole ride and radiates the hell out of the persons beside them
which do you hate and why do u hate them? (thx!)
for me i choose 3. yes its been a hard choice but still.... if ur smart enough to have kids you should be smart enough to tell them to shut the f*ck up.
maybe they really are?Originally posted by r0mE_27:2) little children who run here run there and are freaking noisy. usually stands on seats and shouts to themselves. they grow up retarded.
You should have asked her to compensate for your losses... Isn't it able to retrieve the shoe? Unless it drop at a underground station...Originally posted by FORGET-ME-NOT:Something terrible happening to me at MRT yesterday. I curse her for the whole day! Stupid gal never take train in her country before.

for your 5) If only all the mothercheebyes move into the center cabin, PROBLEM SOLVED. Sheesh. If you have a problem with people's bags unintentionally brushing against you, congrats, you have won the Most Typical Singaporean Award. Prize is an MRT cabin all to yourself. Not to save yourself from the rest, but to save the rest from you. Collect it at your nearest MRT station.Originally posted by CKeer:Well, i've been taking the train almost everyday since 3 years ago n it's nothing new to see such behavior.
Let me list down the "trend" that i've noticed:
1) Changing of seats. Rushing to "chope" the seat that is nearest to the glass when they've already found a seat.
2) Resting the butt in between the pole n most of the time, raising both of his/her hands n grab the bar above. Seducing eh?
3) Banglahs staring at ladies. (Look closely at where they're looking at and most of the time they're staring(& drooling) at ladies)
4) Old uncles and aunties chatting loudly on phone. Got phone, mus show off ar? And most of the time their phone models are very old.
5) Brainless Haversack carriers. (i.e, those people carrying big bags like deuter) They like to squeeze into the train not knowing that their bags keep hitting others & brushing them aside.
6) Rushing to board train. If u cant get into a train, go for the next one. I mean, Singapore's MRT arrives so much faster compared to other countries. But some of them jus couldn't wait.
7) Kids blasting the same old song over n over again. To gain attention? Yeap and congrats, u've successfully made enemies with the whole carriage of commuters.Young men & women taking seats when people whom needed it more than they do (Elderly, Pregnant ladies, tourists with huge luggage) are forced to stand. Need me to explain?
9) Kids running around, making loud noise n treating the hand grips as mankey bar. Where're their parents?
10) Extra seat takers. They put their groceries, bags and umbrella on the seat next to them, depriving others a seat.
I think wad annoys me is the changing of seats.
Why do people always like to change to a seat that is beside the glass? Anti-social ar? Or sitting there makes u king/queen?
Cheers.

I was referrg to men who push and shove women just so that they get to sit. 7) Kid's mp3 pissed you off? Buy your own, problem solved. Or u prefer listening to the handphone ringtones, aunty-gossiping, children crying, blah blah..
