some can be cured by ops or med, some cant
i think got few types or causes of sinus one -
I use to have sinus all the time in the morning after I wake. It got so bad I'll just stick tissue up my nose and let it absorb. However after I moved over to New Zealand to work, the problem is gone. In my entire year and a half stay there, my nose is clear. You might think cold air worsens the condition, which is what I thought too.
Maybe the air is fresher there?

there is no real cure, but getting enough sleep, not splashing water on ur face in the morning, slowly adjusting to change in coldness and stuff..

as far as i know... most cases of this problem will gradually disappear as one grows older (don't know why). And even if you take operation, after some time it might come back..

mi also have sinus, dot to use the nasal nose spray...if operate...remove what?

Your condition sounds more like allergic rhinitis, which is very common. Sinus doesn't just affect the nose. Sinus can be cured with operations for some people. You'll need to see a ENT speciallist for that.

I have got Hayfever for more than 6 weeks...sometimes feel like shit.
The sneezing will cause my throat and ears to itch like hell. And my nose is so messy all the time.
I have seen the GP twice but am still feeling horrible. Any solutions? -
My cousin cured herself but smelling a bowl of vinegar, real hard.
She told me it was painful but there's no harm trying. -
