Most of the time, they just try to improve the drainage by widening your sinuses (Eg, removing parts of the concha). Effects vary from people to people.
Don't ask me what the alphabets stand for... just trying to show some of the sinuses that they could operate on. -
Seems like there isn't one at present but perhaps you should try accupuncture?
