Tell me what to do!!

i am currently working in this small company.. most of my colleagues are smokers.. so somtimes they will smoke in the air-conditioned office..the thing is i dislike the smelt of cigarettes, whenever i smell it, i will feel very giddy and feel likes vomitting..becos of the pollution, it has affected my health badly.. i often have to take mcs every 3 months.. mainly due to coughing and cold.. i not discriminating against smokers but if they wan to smoke, they could go eslewhere like an open area or wat... it really inconsiderate for them to smoke in an air-conditioned place...
at times, i wan to tel them off but they are my seniors. i cun possible tell them to smoke outside.. if i say that, they will think it a disrespect.. i cun possibly quit becos of this either.. i really really don noe what to do.. i don wan my life to be shorten becos of this.. tell me what should i do??

you really should quit. nothing is more harmful den 2nd hand smoke. trust me, i'm a smoker myself. just quit. QUIT!!!

going by that stupid theory of non smoker that 2nd hand smoke will kill faster than first hand smoke. then you really should start smoking.
coz like that you wont be breathing in 2nd hand smoke because you are smoking.

Report to the building management or landlord saying that the employees are smoking in an air con environment...

If you are scared of being disrespectful of them, just think they are also inconsiderate of non-smokers, anyway smoking is banned in air-conditioned places so put non-smoking signs around..maybe they will stop smokign around you if they get the hint..

sorry la. didnt make myself clear.
what i trying to say was that 2nd hand smokers kept complaining about them dying faster than smokers because they always didnt factor in that smokers also breath in their own/ other people 2nd smoke. thus the comment about telling people to smoke if they dun want to die because of 2nd hand smoke. -

I thought there are rules n enofrcement for smoking inside building especiallly air - conned ?

i have the intention of quitting but i cun.. it very hard to find pple to take over me.. my boss is choosy bout employees and ours is a small company.. very hard to find pple.. the thing now is even my boss smoke in the office at times.. who am i to tell him not to smoke?

Smoking in air cond office is an offence. Report it to NEA not police. Check NEA hotline, report it, don't worry, your particulars will be kept confidential...but maybe you office staff sense who reports to NEA.

i tho its pretty much inconsiderate at first but they're very traditional and sui bian and guess they're been doing its decades again when the company started
so the implement of "no smoking in air conditioned" palce might seem a difficult switch
my suggest is that u bring a vicks or camphor inhaler
dun get addicted plz

why should 2nd hand smoke inhalers even be subject to other people's stupidity?
Besides, the reports say that inhaling 2nd hand smoke kills faster than inhaling 1st hand smoke, it never say 2nd hand smokers die faster than smokers. Different paraphrasing leh, dun get confused hor. -

buy a gas mask and put it on during work whenever anyone smokes
