I think likely the white marks are just chalk. Maybe the supplier is just trying to diffentiate the spoiled ones from others. Or what ever. Did you notice any differences between your chair and others? If you are so scared. After work when everyone goes home. Switch the chair with person you hated most. For the next few days see anything happened to him? Anyway black magic are usually bullshit.
