There are too many PRCs in Singapore. And most of us have already encountered or known some of them already. So have I. But I have never come across one that is honest, with integrity and dignity. Really! If one, two or three PRCs are like that, you can say I am just unlucky. It's many of them and all are bad. What can we say about that?
I don't judge them based on how they yell in public. I have personal encounters with them and are all bad experiences. I always start off being nice and the "friendship" ends with them stabbing me. Singaporeans, Malaysians, Filipinas etc... they dun do this, but why only PRCs?
Conclusion: Stay away from them. Don't be nice to them (it's ok one, cuz they treat one another like dirt in their own country anyway). Don't hire them and make sure your boss don't. If sway sway your company hire PRCs, then you have to play the bad guy by trying to make them leave. It's ok one, cuz if you don't do it, they will do it to you. Don't trust them if they praise you. They are damn good at that. Trust me. Their words of praises can be so nice that even the birds on the the tree can fall down. -

And I am surprised no one has mentioned about their smoking habits.. I mean here its ok.. But once you go to their country.. woohoo!!
You will die of second hand smoking.. My dad was telling that in a meeting he had over there (an executive meeting mind you) even the top Chinese fellows just take out their cigarettes in the A/C meeting room and starting smoking without even bothering if other's minded! And to think that it was an international meeting with top officials from all over the world! And the people at fault were TOP OFFICIALS too! What the hell man.. -

some on visitor pass and others on student pass. See lots of these having affairs with married local men.
Others resort to stealing public property and crimes but we cannot catch them cause they are in and out of singapore very quickly. -

Yes they are under scholarhips. Just imagine a top Uni from UK offer a scholarship to Singaporean he/she won't go meh? and once you go there you think he/she will come back? Gone will be the patriotism to Singapore and all.. They will just praise Uk/other countries and stay there happily.. At least PRC still retain their patriotism.
I have had bad experiences AS WELL AS Good ones.. Really.. =) So I am glad I didn't just all the bad eggs

I have a PRC in my team. Master of Science but cannot do any sh!t and a young prc punk. Sits there all day to MSN friends. He backstabbed all of the members in the team. We all avoid him like a plague but the boss like him enough to keep him. We do not like to share with him things nor ask him to do anything even if the task is in his job scope. He will ignore and go to the boss saying he's overloaded and needed our help. Like real.
Anyways, I hope his gf insists on going back to mainland and he will follow her. I wanted him to just get out and stay out. Better not to have him around. -

The problem is everyone in Singapore is thinking like you. Hence the f*cked up courteousness (or the lack of it) in this state..
We all can make a difference. But well the Governament tried with their nice campaign and it was a failure (wasn't it? lol) so I guess we all are doomed to this uncourteousness.. -

They good, they get scholarships, good for them. But I have an issue if the scholarship comes from our govt to build Sg into a medical or biomedic hub. They are supposed to be here to help us while our govt gives them to much benefits. But they won't help. They finish the bond, then they will look at USA or Europe. And as far as I know the bond is for 6 years.. I have both Indian and PRC scholar friends in my uni. Yah.. Got only 2 years one meh?! Which uni and course? -

I had a very HORRIBLE experience with China customers - after that, I excluded ALL China clients and accounts.
The profit you can make from them , isn't worth all teh hassle you have to put up with them. In the end, you can even lose money!!
I really have nothing good to say about them...
I avoid them like they're the PLAGUE!
Go ask around, anyone who's employed especially in the manufacturing industry can tell you it is pure HELL handling a China account!! -

of course with IR now developing, I cannot wait for further influx of more PRC workers in the vice trade to make Singapore a truly a SIN CITY of the world. Hence we need more headcount from China to ensure a higher chinese percentage to maintain the status quo. Besides, our lousy highly educated snuff nosed local women, can't produce nuts since they are not willing to spread their legs with any tom, dick and harry or have multiple relationships with any men. Maybe our goal after all these 40 years is to outpace Bang-kok with a BIGGER and BETTER BANG! I ran into a PRC man and his son at Cold Storage. Took them 20 minutes to pay for a couple of items and they held the queue because they walked off to get more stuff to pay for in the express lane. I had lots of bad luck. Ran into a PRC student on the train. Fat as a pig, big as a train. He sat down beside me and effectively evicted me out of my seat as he wanted to sleep and shove his big butt at me so that he can lean on the side to sleep.
Ran into lots of PRC with their adulterous relationships and their loud talk and negative comments about how singapore is lousy and not treating them well and blah blah blah.
