  I got a funnier version.
  
  my bro and 3 friends (17years old) went to Toa Payoh KFC for lunch.
  
  midway, a group approached them ( I think sec 3 - 15) and ask why my bro and friends look at their gals.
  
  my bro and friends were laughing hard and since they finished, they just walked off.
  
  I think that our teens now have a lot of energy to burn, and rather to channel that into something useful (note, I did not specify study), they want to get into situation where they have no control of.
  
  I wish more education can come from Police or ex-convicts to share what it means to have a police-record life or how things are uglier on the other side.

  Yup, i have encounter something like this some time back.
  
  I was on the train with my friend after school and these groups of young adults, about 7, boarded. All age 18 to 20 like that. Started talking damn loud and 90% of their conversation are foul words, making it pratically meaningless.
  
  Then one of them flicked my friend's ear and pretend he didn't do it. obviously picking fight. Next they pretend the train shaking and cannot stand properly, so lost balance and pushed us.
  
  Felt like punching them, but me and my friend were outnumbered. Also, we were in uniforms, and my school is one of those the public always like to write to newspapers if they saw the students misbehave.

  They got dye (orange, green...), spiked hair, tatoo, holes in clothes. They all like 20 something.

  Since they're cowards and point middle finger on the other side of the closed train door, should have snapped a pic of them and post it somewhere prominent online..
