Usually it those who complain ,then police will go and raid.But it still can't stop them since games can be download on the net.
Hence if the govt really want to stop privacy no use raiding just stop everyone from using the internet loh,but it impossible right. -
Likely because they are finding the head. What's the point of catching the small fish? Like some had said close one tml two more open.

The raids on such stalls are only deterrents. Investigation are undergoing to find out the 'big fishes' always.
