Under Geneva Convention, he must be treated in a good manner. Such as be provided with basic needs like beds,toilets etc... and also recently, access to internet for emails.
But depends on the captors of course.
i wonder what happens if clones were captured...

technically POWs should be housed in a equivalent condition as the civilian prisons of that country....

Every country can talk about fair treatment and providing basic needs during peacetime to "safeguard" themselves but if a war is to break out between two countriesÂ…. Do you think you will provide the fair treatment and basic needs to the one who has been killing your countrymen?
No doubts, he or she might not be the one who starts the war but do you think you will share your bread and water with your enemies when you yourself donÂ’t even have enough to fill your stomachÂ…
I donÂ’t think they will be giving you the so-called fair treatment eitherÂ… just look at the AmericansÂ… did they give the Iraqis the fair treatments?
I think it is hell unleashed and all soldiers will become a devilÂ… not only to kill othersÂ… but also to protect oneselfÂ…
Perhaps the Colonel will be treated better due to his or her rankÂ… but after the information is being provided or when he or she is no longer useful to the enemyÂ… then I think we all know what will happenÂ…

When you boys go to war, you'd better think carefully about the Geneva Convention. When the fighting ends, you may not always be on the side of the victors. Then, you may be tried for any war crimes, including those involving treatment of POW. Only US soldiers don't have to worry about war crimes but Uncle Sam will protect them eg. Abu Gharib.

Define a fair war...Is it the Napoleon times where men form up and stand in line, taking turns to blast at each other, and that they are not allowed to intentionally target officers? Thats bull...anyway...who fights by the Geneva Convention these days? Perhaps we will if we are fighting the Swiss? Simply put it, its far too inconvenient for them to fight under the geneva Convention. POWs are nothing but a liability once they have given up their information...unless you wanna use them as hostages...then that one got noting to say.
