Survey On Why We Litter

Most of us keep our house clean. Yet while we are at public places, we throw rubbish all over. We also throw rubbish out of our high rise windows.
Some of the reasons why we do it;
1) We feel we have the right to litter in the public since we are paying service and conservancy charges.
2) We need to make sure that the armies of cleaners engaged by Town Councils are fully utilized.
3) We have no sense of ownership of our living environment, and hence no pride in keeping our estates clean.
4) We are sick of being told, educated to keeping our living environment clean.
5) We are lazy in putting our rubbish in the rubbish bins.
6) We hate society that is why we throw our soiled tampon out of our windows.
Please tell what is/are the reason/s that you throw rubbish all over the public places. (you can indicate the above number or add in your own reason/s) -

i tink it's not the bin issue
there are plenty of bins in singapore
i always have no problem locating a bin in singapore (except in MRT stations)
the problem is with ppl lah.........whether they bother to walk over to the nearest bin or not........ -
Coz rubbish bins too far away
If too far away plus people not looking, throw
But i ok lar, i use dustbins 99.99% of the time -
