  I realised the Jurong Library is flooded with students using the cushion seats along the walls as table for them to study, while they sit on the floor. Some quite blatant. Use one entire seat for him/herself. Now can't even find a place to sit to browse my books!

  In the 1st place, libraries outside school are not meant for studying ur school homework there what..
  Albeit it's also wrong of those ppl to make noise and sleep there hogging the space.
  
  But i can tell u a way better place to study, really quiet. Go to ur CC's reading room. But then muz be member ah so muz pay lor.
  Since, silence is golden then u should be willing to pay a few dollars for a whole year of usage.
  U can be ensured that those chit-chatters or uncle sleeper will not be willing to pay to use that room lol.
  
  Also, in a reading room u get a cubicle to ur own, no more crossing into others boundary ^^

  i saw a middle-age man doing math at the table designated for newspaper reading.
  
  i dont understand why he chose to sit there at the expense of others. there were plenty of empty seats at other tables.

  i saw a a group of students sitting at the isles, chatting and laughing away.
