1st pic is 1985. thatdesign old and boring kind. In-out open windows
the 2nd pic 1990 , big improvements to HDB more better features added like colour and some HDB like tampinese had LCD lift, lifts on every floor, common garbage chute . Sliding windows
After that 1996 onwards, not much difference
2000 onwards, new Hdb like Senkanang & Punggol had a lavish renovation,
anther big improvement. -

you wanna find old building can try coming down to the west, come visit jurong ext lor. from block 700-900, some are only as young as 7-8years old, some are as old as old as 18-19years.
or try
285, 185, 187, 205, 209 and etc at boon lay drive. those building are as old as 30years. faster come down, before they are officially gone.
or try
taman jurong, 103, 321, 111, 103(the oldest). those building are as old as 35years old.
this is what i heard from my mother. she lived in jurong ever since she was 18years old. -

This is in Yishun. The plain field in front is a park now. The building behind the park is jiemin primary school. The photo taken in between block 747 - 748
