i was trying to give that driver the benefit of the doubt as to what happened, i wasn't there to see it.
i consider myself a good driver but i have killed 2 animals since 1969 while driving....one of those COULD NOT be avoided...i know it happens at times.
now if u were on a motorway doin 80mph and some animal dashed onto the motorway and got killed, i'll believe it if u say it could not be avoided.
now if some dog was trotting slowly out onto the road, and you were crawling out of a car park at 10 miles an hour and u can still hit the dog, then i would suggest the driver of the car to please stay off the roads because he's a godamn hazard to us all.

the way i see it, the only benefit u's giving this fella, is in him being either incompetent, or heartless. either way, it ain't goin good for 'im.
