i was trying to give that driver the benefit of the doubt as to what happened, i wasn't there to see it.
i consider myself a good driver but i have killed 2 animals since 1969 while driving....one of those COULD NOT be avoided...i know it happens at times. -

now if some dog was trotting slowly out onto the road, and you were crawling out of a car park at 10 miles an hour and u can still hit the dog, then i would suggest the driver of the car to please stay off the roads because he's a godamn hazard to us all.
the way i see it, the only benefit u's giving this fella, is in him being either incompetent, or heartless. either way, it ain't goin good for 'im. -

I think the cats must've been given some sort of good treatment around your area, like maybe they're frequently pampered by the neighborhood members, otherwise usually when they are beside a car then suddenly you turn on the engine they will run away.

unfortunately, the attitude of these cats have caused their own deaths...
i've seen about 3 smeared across the roads in the past 2 weeks...
1 on the AYE after the Alexandra turnoff, 1 just before AYE splits into CTE and ECP and 1 on the ECP
why were these cats trying to cross the expressway is beyond me
