  I saw it trotting across, then suddenly it changed direction - instead of going directly across it started to move in the direction of traffic flow.
  
  Maybe I'm biased and refuse to believe that the driver did not see the dog, but I really really really don't think so leh. But regardless of whether it was intentional or an accident, I really hope motorists will be more merciful towards little animals on the road.

  drive towards them slowly and they will move away.. they look at the car as something that will squish them but is harmless...

  If that was the case, I suspect he did see the dog, but did not expect it to suddenly change direction and get in the car's way.

  ok spare the driver, its early in the morning and ppl tend to get morning blues sometimes. and they will have a much slower reaction until he sees something that gives him an erection.

  my house area the cat damn power.
  they sit in the middle of the carpark road. and when i driving out they just bo chup sit there. i bo bian have to make way for them. even when i passed them, they still sitting on the same spot.
  like they know i bo chee knock them over.
