Men wun be or act perverted if the vision before him is not provocating in any ways. Men dun always put sex in his mind wherever and whenever no matter wat time or place. they will only be reminded of sex only when a female within his line of vision dresses too provocative or sexy causing the men to have sexual thoughts.
Different men have different tolerance lvls to these, some weaker men will stimulate just by the sight of a slightly exposed cleavage, whereas some men will only be stimulated only when the female does a lap dance.
the thing here is, if the females dun provoke the men will not react this way.

I classify those ppl who consistantly uses vulgarities as those who have not really matured in thinking, or those who thinks that by scolding vulgarities are a prove of being manly. Bullcrap i would say.
some1 could be using excessive amounts of vulgarities due to the fact that they are still in a growing up stage and parents at home disallows them to use these improper languages. parents will be at fault under this circumstances. If they were given proper teachings at home, a simple fcuk or cb wun really harm rite? this will actually prevent them from using much more outside, since they alrdy got sick of scolding it. eventually they will stop and only use them occasionally. -
