The photos were inconculsive. Since banzie took them while the errant drivers were leaving, we'll never know how they were parked, will we? One need not 'obstruct' traffic before it is deemed breaking the law. Parking alongside a double yellow line or within 10m of a bus stop is also a traffic violation, and the owner may still not cause obstruction.
Does that mean it's right to park there?
During comex, i parked at sunbird lane inside the private estate. Other drivers were parked all over the place but the only ones who got booked were those who were within 10m of a junction, or parked along a single white line road. -
