i rode a 4wheeler when i was a kid.
and i dont do exercise because my health as a kid was very poor.
so my motor and balance skills sibei lousy.

1) Just remember the 1st step to mastering cycling is to keep your handlebar straight , no matter wad!Originally posted by missqi:

2) wear flat sole shoes so u can grip the pedals well...try not to wear shoes with high tracks(got spikes ) as their grip not so good..
3) dun turn handlebar too much when cornering.
